Help ... some error between runtime and debug time ?? [message #161870]

I create two Plugin projects(A and B). And i let project(A) reference
project (B) by "dependencies in plugin.xml" .
When i debug the two projects by eclipse IDE, eclipse work fine.
But i export the two projects to jar files, i execute another eclipse for
these two jars which are project(A) and project(B).
And then some error occur.
When jar(A) construct a jar(B)'s class , it occurs an exception which mean
"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: class(B)".

i have no idea for this.
Can someone give me some idea for this ??
