build BIRT from eclipse [message #160843]

anyone knows how to build BIRT FROM eclipse 3.1.0
i have followed the following link
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/build/buildInstructions. php

but i think the above tutorial is not 100% stable document.
plz help me if you build BIRT in eclipse

when i run the BuildViewer.xml i got some error message
whis is follows

Buildfile: D:\eclipse-project\org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer\BuildViewe r.xml

hi. i have eclipse 3.1 and works just fine. I was just following the steps
from the BIRT "How to Install" tutorial. Nothing fancy at all.

Those instructions are currently written for BIRT 2.0.1.
They will be updated shortly for BIRT 2.1.

my problem not run birt in eclipse, problem is i want to build the source code of birt , but there is not necessary library for that, such as icu4j.jar not included at CVS repositary
