Hi,

I am trying to integrate birt into an application this is deployed on
jboss. I checked the documentation:
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/deploy/reportEngineAPI.p hp#background.
They say: "If your code is going to be run in a servlet, please review
the ReportEngineService.java code in CVS ReportEngineService.java".

In CVS it says that it has been move, it is now under WEB-INF inside
thepackage org.eclipse.birt.report.services so I cannot acces it from my
code.

Is there another way to use the report engine API to run in a servlet? If
anyone has an example it would be vey appreciated.

Thanks for your answer. The code you pasted showed up as a lot of letters
