Hi Guys,
I am not sure if I am asking at the right place but any guidance will be
helpful sorry for the trouble.

I was a J2EE developer and recently started working on Plugin/EMF/GMF, I
am reading and understanding the things but "Hello World!!!" kind of
examples or reading a lot without actual examples don't help you in real
projects. Can you point me to some references or books or training where I
can get some info about
1. how to customize the generated code
2. how the APIs are put together means when to use what API for
customization
3. Also I am seeing a lot of use of anonymous classes as well as command
and adapter pattern and callback methods. I am not very comfortable in
coding in that way.

So any kind of help or resource by anybody will be appreciated.

Rego,

With regard to EMF, this is documentation central:

    http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/docs/

Some of the overviews would be good to read since they answer many of
your questions.

Following this simple tutorial and playing with the code will help get
your feet wet:
