[TEXO] How to access annotated attribute [message #1502724]

Hi all,
I've an annotated Ecore attribute

with a source and a reference entry. How could I determine in entity.xpt if this annotation is set? If I use the

modelController.getAnnotationmanager().getAnnotation(featureAnnotation.EStructuralFeature, this.EClass)

method I get a "method not found" exception (getAnnotationManager() is not found although it is present in the ModelController class).
Any hints are appreciated.
