Already seen a question like that, but can't find where.
Consider first searching in the bug list, then in the newsgroup archives.
If you can't find a corresponding enhancement request, it's likely that
someone just mentionned it in the newsgroup, and never filed a request.
The just feel free to submit such a request in the bugs database,
and post the URL of the logged 'bug' as a followup to this thread,
so that interested people can vote for or monitor the request.
