If you're just looking for updates to integration builds then you're
correct, these builds are not available as updates.
Currently all the plugin/feature versions (with some exceptions) are fixed
to 3.0.0 so the update manager does not
dectect any changes.
There has been some discussion on this, but it was felt that there are other
issues (updating currently running elipse.exe for instance) that would make
build to build update difficult via the update manager.
