Getting correct keybindings using MultiPageEditor [message #137692]

I have a MultiPage editor based off of MultiPageEditorPart. It has two
TextEditor editors in it (among other pages). How do I get the keybindings
to move corectly to the active page? Currently most keys work fine (tab,
ctrl-Z), but the Insert key that is bound to the action that updates the
Insert/Overwrite in the status bar (BasicTextEditorActionContributor) does
not switch between editors - always stays on the last editor created. How do
make this key switch to the active editor?
