I'm getting a stack track when I try to profile will an app that uses a
JNI library. I can run the app in debug and no debug mode with out any
problem. Does TPTP handle jni?

Can you provide more details about your problem? What are you trying to
do? Do you experience any error (what do you mean by "stack track"?)? If
yes, can you post the error?

Also, please provide the following information:
- OS version and architecture
- TPTP version
- Eclipse version
- Java version (use java -version to check)
