Just to precise: the icon save as emfdiff is present but it is disable
when the comparison is made with files from repository while it works fine
with local files.

Hi Caroline,

The "emfdiff" export is disabled for all comparisons involving remote
models as the saved model would fail loading these : no direct URL to
them, or at least I don't know of a way to save references to these
models with revision/repository information that EMF would know of.

If you do wish to generate comparison reports, custom actions can be
added to the export menu of EMF Compare through the extension point
org.eclipse.emf.compare.ui.export (there should be a tutorial on this in
the eclipse help).
