Custom widget cannot be resized [message #1312132]

Hello, community!

Found a problem that the custom widget (f.e. CKEditor) cannot be resized run on RAP 2.1 (possible on future versions too).
Try to apply the attached patch to the rap demo project (org.eclipse.rap.demo).
Add the CKEditor plugin (https://github.com/eclipsesource/rap-ckeditor.git) to launch configuration and launch the demo workbench.

The Selection View with CKEditor in it cannot be reduced - sash cannot be moved over the CKEditor.

Should I report the bug and how the problem can be resolved?

Hi.

Without testings it, this sounds like "Bug 397557 - [client] Browser and
custom widgets may interfere with drag operations, popups and
dialogs"[1]. It's a annoying issue, but one that we could not yet get
around to fix. I can only recommend you to vote an the bug. The more
votes, the better we can justify investing time to fix it.
