HI,
I want to search references to a method in one of my projects' java source
files, but Eclipse says:
"The resource is not on the build path of a Java project" (Operation
cannot be performed)
Also, I cannot set or check the build path, since there are no
"Properties", neither for the Project nor for the src folder. Also, the
general Preferences are empty.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I had the same problem recently, on
another Linux machine, also with Eclipse 2.1.2. I solved it by deleting
the .configure folder in my .metadata folder. But I don't want to do that,
since I lose all my Preferences.
Any tips?
Andi

What happens? Is the context menu entry disabled or do you get an error?
