Hi ,

Is it possible to not set the size for a Chart so it will be displayed
in original size of the image? Or that you only set the height, and the
width will be done automatically?

Regards, Jan.

PS: Thanks to all of the BIRT users who helped me implementing the
engine API into our company framework. Keep up the good work!:)

Hi Jan,

I don't understand what you try to do, the chart will be computed according
to the size you set. What do you mean by "original size of the image". Are
you setting the height/width in percentage values? If so, you should try
absolute values instead.

Thanks,

David

I only want to set the height and let BIRT calculate the best fitting
width for it, or I want to be able to center the graphs. I haven't figure
out how to, or if it is possible. I tried margins, but margin auto doesn't
center them.

Any solution? Regards, Jan.

Hi Jan,

There is no way to calculate the best fitting for the graph so far. What do
you mean by "center the graphs"? Center relative to what?

Thanks,

David

Center it to the page. So it appear centered on your PDF page, or on your
HTML screen.

You can put it inside a one-cell grid and set the text alignement property
of the cell to center. It should center it.

Thanks,

David
