Error 3301 Cannot get report parameters [message #1240522]

I have a report which designed and runs successfully on BIRT (Eclipse Kepler).
Report implemented to present data on crosstab.
When I run this report on iServer ( 11) report fails and I cant even get the parameters . error "Error 3301 Cannot get report parameters for the specified file. PARAMETER1= "
I appreciate any help as I dont know what else to do. thanks

You might try designing your reports in an earlier version to see if that solves it. With iServer11, you're probably on 2.6.2 or something. You can find that version in the archived downloads from the download page. Let me know.
