Hi,
I recently found an RFC about opening JDT atleast pertaining to
refactoring. This is great news for me. However, I was wondering if
there is a web page where all the RFCs are maintained like PEPs are
maintained at the python site. If so, can somebody point me to it?
waiting for reply,

Eclipse uses bugzilla for reporting bugs, for keeping
track of major plans, and of course, it is also used
for new feature requests.
Search bugzilla at http://www.eclipse.org > bugs > Find a bug report
Search for bugs where the summary contains "feature request" or
select Severity = enhancement.

Actually, RFCs are typically only generated for plan items. Follow
Chris' steps to search bugzilla, but search for open bugs with the
keyword "plan". Most plan item bug reports will give a link to any
existing documentation on the item.
