Hi everybody, I wonder if I can delete all the old versions in the update
so that users can download only latest update. Can anybody help on this
issue?

Thanks,
Ho An.

Publishing a new version:
If you remove the old version from your site.xml file, you can savely
delete the feature and plugin jars for the old version.

Upgrading to a new version:
Once you upgraded to a new version, and you verified everything
works, you can remove the old versions of the plugin and its
feature. Be aware that you no longer can go back to the old
    versions, of course.
