Hi there,

I have installed Eclipse SDK,Version: 3.1.1,Build id: M20050929-0840 and
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition,Version 1.4.2 on my local
machine. I'm quiet happy, but I would like to sync with my webserver via
FTP or SFTP. DonT need version control.

I found out, that Team Synchronization with Klomp SFTP might help me. I
have installed Subclipse 0.9.37 and also Eclipse FTP and WebDAV Support
3.0.0.

When opening the view "Synchronize" the followin error message appears "An
error occurred. See error log for details." After pressing ok the dialog
box for choosing the connection type appears, but of course when choosing
one entry the same error message occurres again.

The error log of my Windows 2000 machine is saying: "The server could not
bind to the transport \Device\NetbiosSmb because another computer on the
network has the same name. The server could not start. "

What could be the problem. Let me know, if you need more information...
Thanks...
Markus

Hi, found the error log window of Eclipse now ;-=
There are two los like:

Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.eclipse.jface".

An error occurred while automatically activating bundle
org.eclipse.team.webdav (89).

Does this help to find a solution for my problem ?
Would be nice to get any feedback....

Many thanks once again

Markus

Finally I have found the solution by myself. :-) It was just an issue with
version numbers for some pluins. For some reason 3.1.0 was installed,
mixed with other plugins in vers. 3.1.1. Solution was to download FTP and
WEBDAV support in version 3.1.1 from the original eclipse site.
Cheers.
