i wanted to try some tutorials with web services and so on. but i just

when i start eclipse i get the j2ee view and everything looks fine, but as
soon as i create a dynamic web project it takes a lot of time for building
the workspace and stopps with the errors:
"cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'web-app'."
and
"schema_reference.4:Failed to read schema document..."
so i can not work in the projekt.
can somebody help me with that please???
(i am pretty new to eclipse)

Ideally he recommends downloading the various xsd (etc) files and adding
them to your XML catalog, but his initial suggestions solved my similar
problems
