Hi,

We are using Eclipse 2.1 on Solaris 8.

We are working in a team and need a common formating convention.
I have noticed that there is a default formating option in Eclipse 2.1.
Is it possible to export a file with the conventions and import these
settings to the other in the team?

We also tried "Jalopy plugin" were it was possible to export a file with
the coding conventions and import it to the other people in the team.
However the plugin makes CPU go up to 100 %. Finally the whole system
hangs.

All hints are very much appreciated.

There is import an Export of the preferences. But I do not believe,
that you can export the formatter options only
