Eclipse won't download [message #1174313]

I went to the http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ site to download the latest Eclipse Standard 4.3.1 32 bit and it NEVER downloads. I normally have no issues downloading files, have done this a ZILLION times but for the life of me cannot figure out why Eclipse won't download. What am I not doing? I even added the site to my popups just in case that was causing some issue. Can someone please help?

Have you tried a different browser?
