I guessed 'workbench rectangle' ... but what the heck is a workbench
rectangle?

I mean I want to center all created by me shells, that's why I want to get
Left,Top coordinates&height and width of a running Eclipse window. May be
you would tell me another way to do it.

How about a dialog. These shells are all centered... .
