Hy,
My problem is: I want to write a Date, f.e. 01.01.2013 00:01. Jubula write (in my Program) 01.01.2013 00;01. As language I have tried German and English. I also have tried \:

Maybe someone knows a solution.

Hi,

What operating system are you using, and what language does the keyboard on the operating system you're testing on use?

Thanks!
Alex

Hi,
I´m using Windows 7. The language is German. But I have tried also English (US) and changed the language in the keyboard in the operating system, in jubula and in the program.

Thanks!

Hi,

I haven't had a chance to check this yet, but a workaround may be to use copy to clipboard and then control+v to paste.
Hope that helps!

Hi,

Can you specify why it doesn't work? What kind of an error do you get / what actually gets entered / what happens?

best regards,
Alex

where do you have changed the language? I had a similar problem with a "/" a few weeks ago, also with a german system. The solution was not to change the language at Projekt Language nor at the AUT. I had to open the AUT configuration in the advanced view and change the keyboard layout (last line) to "German (Germany)" now i can write "//" to get a "/".

regards

I have the similar problem with input '#' symbol and some other special symbols in edit box. The system and project language is English.

'#' and '3' symbols are placed on the same button, so symbol '3' appears in edit box when I pass '#' to ub_cti_replaceText keyword. To input '#' in edit box I should place focus on edit box and programmatically press a Shift+3 keys combination. But ub_cti_replaceText keyword is used for filling UI field with different symbols and it's a bad idea to design special keyword for special symbols enter.
Using of slashes and quotation marks did not help.
How the shift can be "turned on" for resolving special symbols input?
