The RAP plug-ins should reside in your target platform. Please read [1]
and [2] to get started.

Importing and then running the qx07 fragment as source currently
does not work. Please see this bug:

Importing other should works. Working with plugins from CVS also
works, please see the notes on the CVS page

Could you provide more information how to reproduce this?

Putting RAP plug-ins in your Eclipse installation is a bad idea,
please read the notes on the downloads page
(http://www.eclipse.org/rap/downloads)
There are two ways to work with RAP:
* CVS: take a RAP target download and set it as the target platform,
then checkout RAP from CVS. To avoid confusion, you can now delete
those plug-ins that are in your workspace from the target platform.
* Target: use a RAP target platform
In any case, use the Launcher that is provided by the RAP Tooling
(use the update site mentioned on the downloads page)
