We've populated the initial IAM project website[1]. Comments are welcome!

Documentation and reference material will be contributed to the wiki
(and not the website) to make it easier and faster to update (and allows
others to contribute enhancements to the documentation), but please let
us know your opinions.

Also, the starting point on the wiki[2] has been sketched... feel free
to contribute content to the wiki (or help in moving the content already
available on q4e's wiki[3].
