Get Plugins and Updates from Artifactory [message #1065044]

This page "http colon //wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/P2+Repositories" indicates that Eclipse can be setup to get plug-ins and updates from Artifactory via p2 rather than download them from the net. This would be extremely handy here as not all developers have download privileges.

I've followed the instructions and believe I have configured Artifactory correctly, but when I go to the marketplace in eclipse (juno) it goes to http://marketplace.eclipse.org - how can I tell it to look in Artifactory?
