Roy,

The runtime logic example
(org.eclipse.gmf.example.runtime.diagram.logic) demonstrates the use of
the ActionFilterService for the visibility of the "Create Circuit" and
"Create Half Adder" menu items.

Note that once https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=111778 is
fixed, it would be preferable to use an Eclipse expression instead of
the ActionFilterService for this particular example.
