installing e4 tools on Eclipse 4.3RC2a [message #1060941]

Hello

i have installed a new release of E4 (4.3RC2a) i have probleme with launching e4 tools creating E4 application wizard

i have version 0.13 of e4 tools installed

this is the error message

the wizard work fine with 4.3M7

someone have idea to solve this ?
