Hi,

I need to do some changing in the source code of eclipse IDE(For some research point of view).I don't know where to look for eclipse source code? Can you please tell me what are the different ways i can get the source code of eclipse IDE in detail.

See http://wiki.eclipse.org/SVN_Howto and http://git.eclipse.org/c . If you have more details on which part you actually want to modify, you might get a more specific answer.

I have just the same question, I just don't know what to download from that notorious git repository!
Is there a single place where I can download sources for one of the official builds that are available here: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ ???
