Eclipse User

People with a visual impairment can increase the system font in Windows. For a Java software is accessible for the visually impaired, they should take this enlarged font.
Eclipse can with the help of SWT:
org.eclipse.swt.display.Display.getSystemFont ()

I need it but for Swing. Does anyone know how to do that?
