Can someone explain why the tool-tip for "Toggle Mark Occurrences" coolbar/toolbar item (or other items in the same group) is visible upon mouse-click when the "Preferences" dialog is opened in Eclipse RCP?

Please see the attached screenshot for more details.

The same problem appears in my Eclipse RCP application for coolbar/toolbar items defined for the application.

Please also note, that the same isn't happen for the "Debug", "Run" and "Run Last Tool" coolbar/toolbar items similar to the aforementioned one.

Is it possible to control this tool-tip somehow from RCP codes?
What is the differences between the java objects responsible for "Debug", "Run" and "Run Last Tool" and "Toggle Mark Occurrences" coolbar/toolbar items which creates the difference of tool-tip visibility?
