Hi

Is there any editor available in RAP which does source code highlighting in the same way as eclipse java code editor does?

I am building web debugger in RAP.
I have created RAP Debug perspective.
All basic functionality of a debugger has done.
I just want to know how to add bar which shows currently executable line in the same way as we have in eclipse editor?
Kindly give me some code snippet for the same.

Hi,

this question has been asked again and again on this newsgroup. There
is currently no editable StyledText implementation available in RAP
(only a read-only implementation in the sandbox, which cannot be
recommended). Contributors are welcome.

If you need a read-only rich text, I'd suggest to display HTML in the
Browser widget. If it has to be editable, use an existing rich text
editor for JavaScript in the Browser widget. You can find an example on
wrapping the CKEditor in a custom widget here on github [1].

Looks interesting! A screenshot would be nice to get a better idea how
you're using TinyMCE with Tables.
