I have read the how to install eclipse pdt in juno post. I exclude all options except bare PDT installnfrom the install but with repeated tries of this bare install I get the following...

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.dltk,4.0.0.201206120848
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.dltk.console,4.0.0.201206120848
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.dltk.console.ui,4.0.0.201206120848

This repeats itself for various repository versions. I have the juno j2ee all in one version. Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Juno Service Release 1 Build id: 20121004-1855

Any help available. Thank you!

Hi Joe,

I have the same version of Eclipse and had the same problem you had. I used Google to find the missing files, then downloaded them into the /plugin folder inside my Eclipse setup. I restarted Eclipse each time until the problem went away.

Here is the link where I got all my missing files: "Ibiblio : The Public's Library and Digital Archive" => mirrors.ibiblio.org/eclipse/technology/dltk/updates-dev/4.0-stable/plugins/

Everything seems to be working fine now. Razz

Cheers,
Dimitri

Hmmm.... so many sites block useful functions until you've jumped whatever arbitrary hurdles are set before you!! Sad

This is how I managed to solve it on my machine. Not sure if it works for you. Install 'Dynamic Languages Toolki - Core Frameworks' from 'Install New Software' prior to installing PDT.
