Please suggest any solution to run eclipse on HP-UX with Java6

When tried running eclipse/emf based application on HP-UX with JRE6, segement violation error occures. it runs fine with Java5 though.

OS Details -

HP-UX 11i v3 September 2010 (Update 7)

I am receiving the same exception trying to install an Eclipse application on an HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64 machine. The error happens during the following JVM invocation:

org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.101.R34x_v20081125.jar -os hpux -ws motif -arch ia64_32

My 32 bit Java version is

Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (17.1-b03-jre1.6.0.09-rc1 mixed mode hp-ux-ia64 )

Since you posted on your message a while ago, how did you resolve it?
