Hi,
The generic CDO Editor no longer opens a resource in read-only mode, now.
Please update the org.eclipse.emf.cdo.example.ui from CVS.
Cheers

Hi Eike,
This sounds *very* cool. I will check out and try it. What are your
current and planned version dependencies, e.g., EMF 2.2, Eclipse 3.2, etc?
Some months ago I reviewed your architecture docs. Are there any overview
arch/design docs for CDO, if so, where?
Thanks!
Dave Carlson

sorry, that my answer is very late. i'm currently working for a new

newsgroup from here...
cdo and net4j should compile against the eclipse 3.2m6, emf 2.2
nevertheless, nick told me about some issues with the net4j tests.
but you should get the example running. i think i will have time over
the easter weekend to make everything clean with the newest i-builds.
hmm, the docs. i nearly missed my plane because i worked hard to migrate
the sources to eclipse.org. that included much work for the new
examples. unfortunately i can only offer the docs on
http://www.sympedia.org at the moment. hard to say which parts of them
are outdated. but maybe you can find some hints on the arch concepts.
as far as i remember, they did not change much.
please tell me your opinion ;-)
cheers
