I spend a lot of my time transcribing code, and I find that the
automatic insertion of two quote marks whenever a quote key is typed " '
to be an annoyance.

Is there a way to make this configurable?
( through XML settings would be fine )

Ideally, I would like to not double quote the quote keys but still
insert pairs of brackets and parens ( [] {} () ).
