If it's native resources you're curious about, then you can try Sleak
(http://www.eclipse.org/articles/swt-design-2/sleak.htm).

As for other leak detection, OptimizeIt and YourKit are okay.

TPTP has a decent profiler that can help you to identify memory leaks:
