Is WebDav dead? I tried running it on 3.1.1, but got errors about failing to
load classes, etc. (probably apis out of date)

feature? If it is the later, make sure you have the proper version.
There was a problem with the update site so you may need to get the
3.1.1 version of the feature from the downloads page.
