My vocabulary is failing me.

I have a c++ app developed in Eclipse using Qt forms and would like to install it on another PC which doesn't have the Eclipse IDE on it. And also doesn't have all the Qt dlls.

There is some kind of tool which will take my app, compress it and add a "setup.exe" file complete with all the necessary dlls that my app has on the development PC.

What do you call these tools? Last time I saw something like this was over 15 years ago, I don't know what they are called, otherwise I'd google after them.
