How to Trigger Action from an Action [message #1569257]

Hi, I need help with my editor again: I have my editor which let me to create differents nodes and connect them. Then I added, following a tutorial, the rename feature that opens a wizard asking a new name to the user. For this feature I created an Action, a Command and the EditPolicy.
Now after the creation of certain type of node (just one among all types of my nodes) I would like to trigger the rename Action so that I force the user to rename the just created node. How can I achieve this???
