The error message isn't very helpful. But I'm guessing that it's a ClassNotFoundException, and the reason is the name of the class that it can't find.

The build path is different from the runtime path, so it's probably a good idea to do 'Update PDE classpath dependencies' to get Eclipse to re-compute what they should be.
