Hello alltogether,

as I guess the ">" character in front of a classname in the package
explorer (e.g. ">MyClass.java") indicates that the class is
serializable.
Because I do not really need this information in my current
application - is it possible to turn off (remove) this flag ?

Thanks and regards
Rolf

No - in the default configuration, the > means that the resource has
outgoing changes, ie. you have modified the file since checking it out
from your repository.
