Hi,

I have Eclipse Luna Version: Luna Service Release 1 (4.4.1)

And I'm trying to install the GWT plugin for Eclipse Luna from

https :// dl . google . com / eclipse / plugin / 4.4

But when I click "Finish" in the end of the installation process I get a pop-up with the following error

I tried to follow the instructions given by this comment

https :// bugs . eclipse . org / bugs / show_bug.cgi ? id = 290782 #c2

and I manged to succesfully uninstall the Eclipse Project Update, but I can't re-install it through the link given by the author of the comment, and still I can't install the GWT plugin, so now I'm really stuck with this problem.

Anyone can figure out what to do next to get rid of this situation?

What package of Eclipse did you install in the beginning?
Do you have an idea, which feature tries to pull in those plugins shown in the error message?
Two observations about plugins with version e37x-RELEASE-20120704-0900: they might be incompatible with Luna anyway, so if anything depends on them explicitly, the situation might be unsolvable. Second: those are most likely variants distributed via STS, not from Eclipse.org.
