Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if any one has experience/ or resolved an issue with HTML toolkit testing an autocomplete form for example

index.php/fa/20443/0/

How do i select the text. In my case I used the HTML toolkit component type -List Action type - select entry by value is not working. In documentation it's not supported in HTML toolkit.

Using the concrete toolkit as well doesn't help matters.

How can i resolve this or is it a limitation?..

Thank you all for your anticipated response.

David.

Hi there,

Thanks for the image and the information. What can the component be mapped as? To a desktop user, it looks like a combo box, but anything is possible in HTML Wink

Best regards,
Alex

Thanks Alex, I was able to find a work around. How does one delete a Parameter that is not needed in a test case. The normal way is to right click on the Test case and delete the Parameter.

Thank you in advance

David.

Hi David,

You'll need to use the "Edit parameters" dialog that you can open from the Test Case Editor (on the root Test Case node).
It's documented here

Hope that helps!
Alex
