I'd like to disable the activity "org.eclipse.plugInDevelopment" for our
product by an entry in plugin_customization.ini file but failed.

If the activity is disabled by the capability preference page the key
"UIActivities.org.eclipse.plugInDevelopment=false" is stored in
workbench's prefs file.

So I tried to add this line to my plugin_customization.ini file:
org.eclipse.ui.workbench/UIActivities.org.eclipse.plugInDeve lopment=false
but I doesn't work. I tried vice-versa to enable an activity without
default enablement: UIActivities.com.mycompany.product.AnyActivity=true
and gets activated on first startup.

Any ideas?
