Fragment project problem.. [message #290315]

I am working on internationalization part of a project. As per the help
provided in the articles, I have created a fragment project for a plugin
with *.nl1 extention. And I also deployed the fragment contents in to the
respective directories. But when I run my project under eclipse, then its
unable to find the fragment project created with /nl sub directories with
translated property files, fragment.xml and the jar files.

Any idea, how I can make eclipse to recognize the path for the
translated message properties?. Thanks in advance.
