All the teams have been producing their *.*.1 releases as part of
preparing for the translation packs and those releases all appear to be
available online now. I'm surprised that the translations packs
themselves aren't already available online, since we have them already
internally at IBM. So I would expect to see them show up any moment, as
soon as IBM completes the donation process. I'm quite sure it includes
German.
