that was good, but what i'm actually looking for is the general plug-in
loading mechanisnm (inside the platform), not just the workbench tools.
I need to know what platform classes (perhaps inside org.eclipse.core) do
what job (related with plugins) when eclipse is opened and when and when a
plugin is loaded to be used.
