The Arrow Icon on the Class Box [message #1559839] Mon, 12 January 2015 03:24 Go to next message

I know that I can drag a class from the Model Explorer to the diagram editor to bring a class back after it has been hide by click the "Hide Selected Element" contextual menu item. But I find there is a small arrow icon on the top right corner of the added class box. What does that arrow mean?

Hi Samuel,

That arrow indicates that the element represented is not a direct semantic child of the graphical container. That means that the semantic element context of your diagram is not the owner of the dropped class.

Rémi

Hi Rémi,

I got it. The class box has the arrow icon because its semantic parent, a package, doesn't display on the diagram editor.

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,
Samuel
