hi,

i want to devlope SCADA application to communicate with siemens and rockwell PLCs.

Nowadays siemens PLCs comes with on board ethernet port , you dont need CP card for that

in site details it shows eclipse scada need CP card in order to communicate with siemens PLC .

Do i have facility to communicate with other PLCs.
