Hello,

is there a way to set the initial sizes of the "view placeholders". Unfortunately I don't know the exact name of it. I'm talking about the placeholders I can define with "Display View ID" (e.g. south or north)

And now I'd like to change the initial sizes of these placeholders. E.g. "North" should have a height of "25%" and "South" a height of "75%".

Is that possible?

Thanks

Peter

What display rendering engine are you using? SWT, Swing or RAP? For SWT you can define this as part of the plugin.xml using the org.eclipse.ui.perspectiveExtensions extension point. However, doing this you enter the realms of Eclipse RCP and doing so opens quite a large can of worms Smile
